The ultimate purpose of photography is to present every object or scenes in a best possible way. Excellent lighting and interesting scenes are not just enough to take attention-grabbing picture.  It should be appealing to  the eyes of the viewer. so, today I am gonna share you some interesting black and white photography ideas. when you see any colourful photographs, the attention is more on the varied colours. But, in black and white photography - Attention is not on the colours because the colours are only black and white in these pictures. The focus is more on different shapes, patterns,pictures and forms. so, let's go!

The black and white photography opens new ways for the improvement of your photography skills. A lot of photographers often feel uncomfortable while shooting in low light or dark conditions.

SILHOUETTING

Have you heard of the  silhouetting  photographs? These are very famous artistic photographic idea. It is basically an Idea to hide the subject of your photographs in darkness.  By this way, you can create a mysterious feel in your image. photographers widely used this idea for capturing the photographs at the time of sunrise and sunset. you can also get a good habit of your photography hobby. with this concept of photography, it's up to you  how much mystery you can put into your picture !

SHADOWS

The best part of clicking a picture showing shadows is that if you invert the pictures the story of the picture does not change.

 It is almost same upright position. Shadows are the concept of a world that goes parallel with someone's life. It is a good idea that you can work on.  you can also create shadows by your own.All you   need to do is to face off the lights to the object with the background on which the shadow comes out. You can also floors as background.

SPIDER WEBS

Even if your house is neat and clean, there must be a place where you probably found the spider webs. 

It's  biggest challenge is that you are going to shoot the almost invisible object. It is difficult to find the webs same from the alternative sides. It is quite a good one  to capture when it comes to black and white photography. Life is like a spider web, more you want to get rid of your problems, the life make it a little more difficult for you to come out of it.

CHESS

When we are talking about black and white photography and chess board is not coming in your mind, it's can't happen. it is so obvious that the other photograph sometimes me need black and white filters but this is not in the case of chess. chess is a game of mind so you must focus the way of arrangement of the chess board and the angles of the camera to get a perfect picture.

SMOKE

Have you ever think of taking pictures of smoke? I don't think so that you think of it.

In black and white photography, the smoke gives a majestic effect to the picture. 

It is mainly used for the background but in this picture I am using it as a subject.

 It is not easy to to capture the picture of smoke because it is difficult for your phone camera to take photograph.

 smoke has no dimensions ,no shape and size, no arrangements, no texture. It is only a kind of illusion. 

But, by correct position and focusing on the subject you can get a nice picture.

SELF-PORTRAIT

Taking selfies are not so difficult but taking good portrait of yourself are not like eating  an apple pies. How to take self-portrait if your face is not photogenic?

 It is a question of many.

 The black and white portraits give a very unique texture, backgroundless effect to your picture.

 It enhances every details of your face giving a very nice look. so, you must give it a shot.

LIMITLESS SKY

Is sky limited?  The answer is a big No! 

It is limitless. If you are peeping through the sky at night towards the sky and the stars as they are millions and trillions of light years away from us seems to  be without any boundaries.

 Capturing stars, the moonlight ,the moon and the sky at night is a good option for showing the black and white photography skills.

 Water repels

 All of you must have thrown stone in the  water and amazed to see the water repels in your childhood. The intensity of water reples goes on decreasing it moves far from the origin point.

  It creates a confusion among viewers that it is about lonliness or enjoyment with your friends. If I'm not mistaken, you all have challenged your friends that who's stone gone farther after several bounces in the water. so, in this way it is a message of enjoyment. But, on the other hand if someone who is upset visited in this article and see this picture. It appears them as a picture which shows loneliness so it is upto the perspective of the viewer that what the really see!

Water words 

The phenomenon that are associated with light is very useful for the photographers to make their picture balance.

 In physics, there is a property of light that whenever there is change in medium bending of light occurs. This phenomenon is known as REFRACTION. 

I am using refraction property of light in this picture to uplift the words out from the paper. you can choose the words of your own choice.

 This is my one of the my favourite idea that I have ever shared with you. It is very simple but very beautiful and lovely way of conveying message.

Street lights

Street photography is also a very known subject among photographers. Showing the different views of streets add different values to the photographs. If  talking about the black and white photography, the combination of light and dark must come in my head. Street light lightens the path of the streets.

 AND THIS IS DONE!

Black and white photography doesn't means taking historical, old or documentary photographs. lt's just removing the wide colours of a picture and focus more on the configuration and arrangement of the photograph.
